Jawai Pug Mark Policies

1. Reservation Policy

• Booking Confirmation:
  • A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit amounting to 50% of the total stay. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
  • All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed in writing via email.
• Check-In and Check-Out:
  • Check-in time is from 12:00 PM onwards.
  • Check-out time is by 10:00 AM.
  • Early check-in or late check-out requests will be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations:
  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days before the arrival date will incur a 50% charge of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival, or in the case of a no-show, will result in the full charge of the deposit.
• Changes to Reservations:
  • Modifications to existing reservations are subject to availability and may involve a change in rates. Any modifications within 15 days of arrival may be treated as a cancellation.

3. Payment Policy

• Accepted Payment Methods:
  • We accept payments via bank transfer, major credit cards, and digital payment platforms. All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Final Payment:
  • The remaining balance of the stay is payable upon check-in. Any additional expenses incurred during the stay must be settled upon check-out.

4. Safari Policy

• Safari Booking:
  • Safaris are offered subject to availability and weather conditions. Advanced booking is recommended to secure your preferred time slots.
  • Safari bookings are non-refundable. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or natural calamities, an alternative date will be offered.
• Guidelines:
  • Guests are required to follow the safety guidelines provided by our guides during safaris. Failure to comply may result in the termination of the safari without a refund.
  • Respect for wildlife is paramount. Guests are advised to maintain a safe distance from animals and refrain from making loud noises or sudden movements.

5. Privacy Policy

• Personal Information:
  • Jawai Pug Mark is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect only the necessary information required to process your booking and provide services.
  • Your personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
• Data Security:
  • We use secure systems to store your personal and payment information. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Health and Safety Policy

• Health and Safety Measures:
  • Our camp adheres to stringent health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of our guests. This includes regular sanitation, staff training, and adherence to local health guidelines.
• Medical Assistance:
  • We provide basic first aid on-site. For any serious medical emergencies, the nearest hospital is located approximately 30 km away. Guests are advised to carry any personal medication they may need.

7. Liability Policy

• Assumption of Risk:
  • Guests participate in safaris and other outdoor activities at their own risk. Jawai Pug Mark is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property during the stay.
• Property Damage:
  • Any damage to camp property caused by guests will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement.

8. Environmental Policy

• Sustainability:
  • Jawai Pug Mark is committed to sustainable tourism practices. We encourage our guests to minimize waste, conserve water, and respect the natural environment.
• Wildlife Conservation:
  • A portion of our proceeds supports local wildlife conservation efforts. We ask guests to be mindful of their impact on the ecosystem and to adhere to our environmental guidelines during their stay.

9. Child Policy

• Children’s Stay:
  • Children of all ages are welcome at Jawai Pug Mark. However, parents are responsible for ensuring their children’s safety, especially during safaris and outdoor activities.
• Child Rates:
  • Special rates apply for children under the age of 12. Please inquire at the time of booking for more details.

10. Amendments to Policies

• Policy Updates:
  • Jawai Pug Mark reserves the right to amend these policies at any time without prior notice. Guests are encouraged to review our policies periodically to stay informed of any changes.
