Refund Policy

At Jawai Pug Mark, we strive to provide an unforgettable experience in the heart of nature with our exclusive leopard safari camp and luxurious stay. However, we understand that plans can change, and we have designed our refund policy to be fair and transparent.

1. Reservation Cancellation

  • Cancellation by Guest:
    • Up to 30 Days Before Arrival: A full refund will be provided for cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled arrival date, minus a 5% processing fee.
    • 15 to 29 Days Before Arrival: Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a 50% refund.
    • Less than 15 Days Before Arrival: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled arrival date. However, guests may opt to reschedule their stay for a future date, subject to availability.
  • Cancellation by Jawai Pug Mark:
    • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, a full refund will be provided, or we can offer alternative dates for your stay at your discretion.

2. Safari Cancellations

  • Safari Cancellations Due to Weather: If a scheduled leopard safari is canceled due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, a partial refund for the safari portion of the package will be provided. Alternatively, guests may choose to reschedule their safari for another time during their stay.
  • Guest-Initiated Safari Cancellations: No refunds will be provided for guest-initiated safari cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled safari.

3. Early Departure

  • No refunds will be provided for early departures once the stay has commenced.

4. No-Show Policy

  • Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled date and do not notify us in advance will forfeit the full amount of the booking.

5. Special Considerations

  • Medical Emergencies: In the case of a medical emergency, we may offer a refund or the option to reschedule based on individual circumstances. Appropriate documentation may be required.
  • Government Regulations: Should government regulations or restrictions related to health or safety prevent you from traveling to our camp, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule your stay.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at +91 9982622908. Include your booking details and the reason for your cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

7. Non-Refundable Items

  • Certain promotional packages or discounted rates may be non-refundable, as specified at the time of booking.
