2. Booking and Reservations

Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email will be sent with details of your booking.
Payment: Full payment or a deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance must be paid prior to check-in.
Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in may incur a cancellation fee.
Modifications: Any modifications to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Safari Experience

Guides and Safety: Our leopard safaris are conducted by experienced guides. For your safety, it is imperative that you follow all instructions given by the guides during the safari.
Wildlife Sightings: While we strive to provide the best possible wildlife viewing experience, sightings of leopards and other wildlife are not guaranteed. The experience depends on various factors, including weather and animal behavior.

4. Accommodation

Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Room Allocation: Specific rooms may be requested but are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to allocate rooms based on availability.
Facilities and Services: We aim to provide all advertised facilities and services. However, some facilities may be unavailable due to maintenance, seasonal conditions, or other reasons beyond our control.

5. Health and Safety

Medical Conditions: Guests with medical conditions are advised to consult with their doctor before participating in any activities. Please inform us of any medical conditions that may require special arrangements.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, cancellations, and other unforeseen events.

6. Liability

Personal Responsibility: Guests participate in activities at their own risk. Jawai Pug Mark is not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage to personal property during your stay.
Force Majeure: Jawai Pug Mark is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

7. Code of Conduct

Respect for Wildlife and Nature: Guests are expected to respect the environment and wildlife during their stay. Littering, disturbing wildlife, or damaging property is strictly prohibited.
Behavior: Any guest exhibiting disruptive behavior may be asked to leave the premises without a refund.
